  • sims.modify_funds <amount>Adds that amount to household funds, or subtracts it when the number is negative, as in sims.modify_funds -5000.
  • FreeRealEstate onMakes every residential lot in the world cost §0, so you can move into any of them.

What cheating costs you on console

The commands are identical on all four platforms. On PlayStation and Xbox, any cheat that needs testingcheats true disables Achievements and Trophies for that save, though your other saves keep theirs. EA says plainly that Build mode cheats do not trigger the penalty.

Console players have no mods to fall back on either, because The Sims 4 on PlayStation and Xbox will not load script mods of any kind. There is more on that on whether UI Cheats works on console.
